The electronics on this unit consist of VAG control module 4G0 907 379 J (Bosch 0 265 960 419), bolted directly to block 4G0614517S. The module continuously receives signals from the speed sensors on all the wheels and compares them with one another. When one wheel starts slowing down noticeably faster than the others, the control module opens and closes the relevant valves, and the pump motor rebuilds the pressure in the circuit. This stops the wheel from locking under braking.
