    Express Shipping Across Europe and Worldwide

    Auto24Parts ships automotive electronic parts throughout Poland, across Europe and to customers worldwide. We use reliable express courier services provided primarily by DHL and FedEx.

    Our warehouse dispatches engine control units, complete ABS pumps, transmission controllers, instrument clusters, vehicle modules, accelerator pedals and other automotive electronic components to private customers, workshops and automotive businesses.

    Europe: approximately 1–2 business days
    Worldwide: approximately 4–5 business days

    DHL and FedEx Express Delivery

    Orders are shipped using DHL or FedEx express courier services. The courier is selected according to the destination, parcel size, product type and available delivery route.

    After the parcel has been dispatched, the customer receives a tracking number that can be used to follow the shipment online. Tracking information may take several hours to become active after the courier collects the parcel.

    DHL Express

    Fast international delivery with online tracking. DHL is used for many shipments within Europe and for selected worldwide destinations.

    FedEx Express

    Tracked express delivery for European and international orders, including destinations outside the European Union.

    Please note: transit times are estimates counted from the date of dispatch. They do not include product preparation time, weekends, public holidays, customs procedures or delays caused by the courier.

    Delivery to remote areas, islands and destinations requiring customs clearance may take longer. The final transit time also depends on local courier operations in the destination country.

    Order Preparation and Dispatch Time

    Products available in our warehouse are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible after payment has been confirmed. Before shipping, the part number, product condition and order details are checked again.

    The total time before delivery consists of:

    Product preparation time + courier transit time = estimated delivery time

    Standard products that do not require an additional technical service can usually be dispatched without an extended preparation period.

    Delivery of Prepared Engine Control Units

    Some engine control units are ordered in a selected unlocked or prepared version. Depending on the ECU, the service may include Virgin preparation, IMMO OFF, Plug & Play configuration, automatic programming, PIN code reading or cloning.

    If you select an unlocked or specially prepared ECU variant, the order normally requires an additional 1–2 business days before dispatch. This time is required to perform the selected electronic service and verify the prepared controller.

    Example: delivery to a European country usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. If the ECU requires an additional preparation service, allow approximately 1–2 extra business days before the parcel is handed to the courier.

    Shipping Automotive Electronic Parts Safely

    Automotive electronic components require careful protection during transport. We use suitable packaging materials to protect housings, connectors, pins and sensitive electronic or hydraulic elements.

    The packing method is adjusted to the type, dimensions and weight of the product. Particular care is taken when preparing complete ABS pumps, engine control units, instrument clusters and electronic modules for international shipping.

    Shipping Costs

    The shipping cost depends on the destination country, parcel weight, dimensions and selected courier service. The exact delivery charge is displayed during checkout after the shipping address and available delivery method have been selected.

    Large, heavy or non-standard products may have a higher delivery cost. This may apply particularly to complete hydraulic ABS units, large modules or combined electronic sets.

    Customs, Import Taxes and Duties

    Orders delivered within the European Union normally do not require an import customs procedure for the recipient.

    For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other destination-country fees may apply. These charges are determined by the authorities or courier in the recipient’s country and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated otherwise.

    The recipient is responsible for providing any information or documents required by the local customs authorities and for paying applicable import charges.

    Tracking Your Shipment

    Once the parcel has been collected by DHL or FedEx, we send the tracking number to the e-mail address used for the order. The shipment can then be monitored through the courier’s tracking system.

    If the tracking status does not update immediately, please allow several hours for the courier’s system to register the parcel. For questions concerning an already dispatched order, include your order number and tracking number when contacting us.
