Toyota ABS Pumps
Used Toyota ABS pumps – matching by part numbers
This category contains used, working ABS pump and control module units for Toyota cars. The offers include Aygo, Yaris, Hilux and RAV4 models, as well as two brake servo pumps. What decides fitment is the full part number, not the car model alone. Toyota usually writes it as 44540-…, 44510-… or 89541-…, and a manufacturer number, e.g. Bosch 0265…, often appears next to it. Compare the numbers with those on your pump, and if in doubt, contact us and quote your VIN. Looking for another brand? See the Complete ABS pump category.

What you will find in the Toyota ABS pump category
Most of the listings are used ABS pump assemblies with control module, meaning a hydraulic block with an electronic module fitted to it. There are also two Toyota brake servo pumps. These are separate parts of the braking system, with different part numbers, and they do not replace the ABS pump. We state the model only where we have it confirmed: in the listings these include Aygo, Yaris, Hilux and RAV4. The other product pages show the Toyota brand only, so the numbers on your part decide the choice.
How to choose an ABS pump for your Toyota
Start with the numbers on your pump and control module. In this category you will come across three kinds of numbers:
- Toyota numbers in the form 44540-…, 44510-… or 89541-…,
- manufacturer numbers, e.g. Bosch 0265…, written as a continuous string of digits,
- additional numbers beginning with 116040-…, which we give in the listing as a supplement.
On each product page the number is written in two forms: with a hyphen and without it, so that it is easier to find with a search engine. If even one digit differs from the number on your part, write to us and give your VIN before you place an order.

Brake servo pump and ABS pump
The category contains two listings for Toyota brake servo pumps: 47210-F4100 / 0204N01477 and one with the numbers 0204856668 and 0204N01473. Do not confuse them with an ABS pump assembly. Before you order, check on your part which of these types you have.
When it is worth checking the ABS pump
The following circumstances usually point to the ABS assembly: the ABS warning light comes on and stays on, the stability control warning light is lit alongside it, a diagnostic tester stores a fault in the brake module, or the module does not respond to diagnostic requests. This does not always mean the pump is faulty. First read the fault codes and check the wheel speed sensors, connectors, fuses and battery voltage. After replacing the assembly the brake system must be bled, and some cars require the module to be configured, which you should arrange with your garage.
Condition, warranty and returns
All parts in this category are used. In the specification table of each listing you will find the condition of the part, information on the testing of the unit and on the warranty. The rules on returns and complaints are described on the page Returns, complaints, warranty, and the purchasing process on the page How to buy. Looking for a pump for another make? Questions about Toyota ABS pumps
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Do the numbers on my pump have to be identical to the numbers in the listing? | Yes, compare them exactly. The car model alone is not enough, because the full part number decides. If in doubt, write to us and give your VIN. |
| Why do some listings not state the Toyota model? | We state the model only when it is confirmed by catalogue data. In the other listings we leave just the brand, so as not to suggest an application we are not sure about. |
| What is the difference between a brake servo pump and an ABS pump? | They are two different parts of the braking system, with different numbers. A brake servo pump does not replace an ABS pump with control module. |
| Does an ABS warning light mean the pump is faulty? | Not always. The cause can also be a wheel speed sensor, a connector, a fuse or low battery voltage. Start by reading the fault codes. |
| Is configuration needed after replacing the assembly? | It depends on the model and the version of the assembly. The brake system must be bled in every case, and you should ask your garage about configuring the module. |
| I cannot see my number in the category. What should I do? | Send us a photo of the label or the numbers from your part, together with your VIN, and we will check whether we have a suitable assembly. Use the page Contact. |
