    Status Meaning
Confirmed The order can proceed to preparation.
Pending The payment provider or bank has not yet confirmed the transaction.
Declined The payment must be attempted again or another payment method should be used.
Cancelled The order remains unpaid until another transaction is successfully confirmed.

    2. Domestic or International Bank Transfer

You can pay for your order by bank transfer. Always include your order number in the payment reference so that we can correctly identify your payment.

Account Holder Auto24Parts – Alicja Kuc

The order is prepared after the full payment amount has been received. The time required for the transfer to be credited depends on the bank, day, time, currency and country from which the transfer is made.

    International Bank Transfer

For transfers from outside Poland, use the IBAN and SWIFT/BIC code shown above. Your bank may apply its own currency exchange rate and charge additional transfer fees.

Auto24Parts must receive the full amount shown in the order or pro forma invoice. Any fees charged by the customer's bank should not reduce the amount received by Auto24Parts.

    Proof of Bank Transfer

You may send us proof of payment, but this does not replace the actual receipt of funds. Order preparation begins after the payment has been credited to our bank account.

Please check the IBAN carefully before making a payment. Auto24Parts will not request an unexpected change of bank account details without prior verification.

    3. PayPal, Individual Payment Links and Refunds

    Payment via PayPal

PayPal may be offered for selected orders after confirming product availability, the requested service and shipping cost.

Depending on the order, Auto24Parts may send an individual PayPal payment request or PayPal invoice. Payment must be confirmed before order preparation begins.

If any additional cost applies to a PayPal payment, the customer will be informed before the transaction and the cost will be included in the requested amount.

    Individual Payment Link

For an order verified by e-mail, Auto24Parts may send an individual secure payment link. Always check that the link corresponds to the correct product, amount and order.

Never provide your complete card details directly by e-mail or telephone.

    Payment Refunds

A refund is normally issued using the same payment method that was used for the original order, unless another method is agreed that does not result in additional costs for the customer.

    • Card or Stripe: the refund is submitted to the payment provider and then returned to the card or account associated with the original transaction.
    • PayPal: the refund is returned to the original PayPal transaction.
    • Bank transfer: the refund is sent to a confirmed bank account.
    • Other payment method: Auto24Parts may request the information required to complete the refund.

The time required for the refunded funds to appear depends on the bank, PayPal or payment provider. Auto24Parts does not control the provider's internal processing time after the refund has been issued.

Detailed information about returns, refunds and warranty claims is available on our Returns, Warranty & Complaints page.

Payment for Automotive Parts and Technical Services

The available payment methods can be used for both standard automotive electronic parts and additional technical services.

You can pay, for example, for an Opel engine control unit, a Peugeot ECU, an Audi engine control unit, a BMW ABS pump or a Ford ABS pump.

When an engine control unit is prepared as Virgin, IMMO OFF, Auto Programming or Clone, the service preparation time begins after payment has been confirmed and after we receive any vehicle information or original control unit required to complete the service.

The available solutions are explained in our ECU Preparation Options guide.

    • Burnt Automatic Transmission Control Module – Symptoms, Diagnosis, and an Effective Solution

The automatic transmission is an incredibly complex system, combining advanced mechanics, hydraulics, and precise electronics. The brain of this entire operation is the transmission control module, commonly known as the TCM. In fractions of a second, this device analyzes data from speed sensors, throttle position, and engine RPM to make decisions about the perfect moment to shift gears.

Unfortunately, due to harsh working conditions, these modules can be prone to serious failures. One of the most critical faults is the physical burning of the electronics inside the module. In the following article, we will take a closer look at this phenomenon, discuss the characteristic symptoms, and advise on the most cost-effective way to deal with this expensive problem.

    • Burnt ABS Pump Controller: Failure Symptoms and Why You Should Choose an Original Used Part

The ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) is the foundation of active safety in every modern vehicle. Its main task is to prevent the wheels from locking during sudden braking, allowing the driver to maintain full control over the car in emergency situations. The brain of this entire system is the electronic controller, which is most often integrated with the hydraulic ABS pump.

This device processes data from wheel speed sensors in fractions of a second and decides when to open and close the solenoid valves. Unfortunately, like any advanced electronics, this controller is prone to failure. One of the most serious issues is the complete burning out of the module. Learn how to recognize this fault, why you should avoid non-original aftermarket replacements, and how to permanently solve the problem.

    • Flooded Automatic Transmission Control Module: Why Repair is a Waste of Money and How to Bring Your Car Back to Life as Quickly as Possible?

Heavy rain, driving through a deep puddle, or simply parking your car in the autumn under a tree shedding leaves. You turn the key, shift into "Drive," and instead of a smooth start, you feel a massive jerk. The PRND gear indicators disappear from the dashboard, and the car barely moves, stuck in one gear. The mechanic's diagnosis is often brutal and keeps you awake at night: a flooded Automatic Transmission Control Module (TCM).

    • Water-Damaged ABS Pump Control Module – Why is Repairing it a Waste of Time and Money?

A rainy day, driving through a deep puddle, or simply a car parked under a tree with falling leaves. Suddenly, your dashboard lights up like a "Christmas tree" – ABS, ESP, parking brake failure lights, and often a lack of speedometer readings. The mechanic's diagnosis can be ruthless: a water-damaged ABS pump control module.

This is one of the most annoying automotive electronic failures. In such a situation, many drivers start looking for ways to dry, test, or revive the damaged module. Unfortunately, in the case of electronics operating within the braking system, such attempts are usually throwing money down the drain.
