Kia ABS Pumps and Control Modules
Kia ABS Pump: Choosing by Part Number
At Auto24Parts you will find used original ABS pumps with control units for Kia cars, including the Rio, Carens, Carnival, Picanto, Cerato, Optima and Sportage models. Some of the modules are also described in our listings as shared by Kia and Hyundai. These are hydraulic modules with ABS system electronics, inspected and tested before sale.
Customers most often look for a module when the ABS warning light comes on, the system does not work when braking on a slippery surface, or the control unit has stored a valve or pump motor fault. Before buying a part, read the fault codes, as wheel speed sensors and their wiring can cause similar symptoms.
What matters when choosing is the complete part number from the listing, for example a Kia number in the form 58920-3U420 (also written as 589203U420 in catalogues) and the module manufacturer's number, not just the model and year. If you are not sure, send us a photo of the original pump and the numbers on its label and we will help you check compatibility.

Kia ABS Pump: Hydraulic Module with ABS Control Unit
An ABS pump in a Kia is an aluminium hydraulic block with valves and a pump motor, together with a control unit that reads the signals from the wheel speed sensors. On many models the same module also handles the stability control system, so a fault sometimes shows up as more than just the ABS warning light. The module is usually sold and replaced as a single unit.
Our range includes several dozen used original modules for various Kia models. According to our listings, the module manufacturers include Mando, Mobis, Bosch and ATE. The range changes regularly, so the items below are only examples.

For the older models our range includes, among others, modules with the following numbers:
- Kia Rio ABS pump, number 0K30C437A0,

Modules shared by Kia and Hyundai
Some of the listings are described as shared by Kia and Hyundai, for example Kia Hyundai ABS pump, number 589203U420.
Bosch, ATE and Mobis modules
Our range also includes modules with Bosch and ATE numbers, for example Kia ABS pump, number 589201H900, Kia ABS pump, number 589103E500 and Kia ABS pump, number 58900G6800, as well as the Mobis module Kia ABS pump, number 58900B2740. Our listings do not always state the car model, so compatibility depends on the number from the original pump.
How to choose an ABS pump for a Kia by part number
Model and year are not enough, because the same model comes with different versions of the module, depending on the engine, drive and equipment level. In our range you will find several kinds of numbers:
- the original Kia number, most often in the form 58910... or 58920... (in catalogues also with a hyphen, for example 58910-07800), and on older models, for example 0K30C437A0,
- the manufacturer's number for the block and control unit, for example Bosch 0 265 2xx xxx or ATE 06.2102-xxxx.x,
- additional numbers from the listing, for example in the form BH60... or BE60...
Compare all the numbers with the original pump in your car and, if in doubt, write to us before buying.
Symptoms of a faulty ABS pump or control unit
- the ABS warning light comes on after the engine is started and does not go out,
- the ABS stops working, although basic braking usually remains functional,
- the brake pedal pulses or feels uneven for no obvious reason,
- the control unit stores valve, pump motor or communication faults,
- brake fluid leaks from the hydraulic block, which requires immediate action.
Before deciding on a replacement, check the wheel speed sensors, their wiring and the supply voltage. After replacing the module, the fault codes usually need to be cleared, and after disconnecting the brake lines the system must be bled. On some models the module also needs adaptation in the control unit, so installation is best left to a workshop with a suitable diagnostic scanner.
Used original ABS module: condition and inspection
We sell used original ABS modules, not new parts. Every item is inspected and tested before sale, and the product photos show the look of the block, the numbers and the labels, so you can compare them with your own pump.
