Seat ABS Pumps – Complete ABS Pump & Control Modules
Seat ABS Pump: Choosing by Part Number
At Auto24Parts you will find used original ABS pumps with control units for Seat cars, including the Ibiza model, as well as modules described in our listings as shared by Seat, Skoda and Volkswagen. These are hydraulic modules with ABS system electronics, inspected and tested before sale.
Customers most often look for a module when the ABS warning light comes on, the system does not work when braking on a slippery surface, or the control unit has stored a valve or pump motor fault. Before buying a part, read the fault codes, as wheel speed sensors and their wiring can cause similar symptoms.
What matters when choosing is the complete part number from the listing, for example an original number in the form 6R0614517AN or 1K0614117J, not just the model and year. If you are not sure, send us a photo of the original pump and the numbers on its label and we will help you check compatibility.

Seat ABS Pump: Hydraulic Module with ABS Control Unit
An ABS pump in a Seat is an aluminium hydraulic block with valves and a pump motor, together with a control unit that reads the signals from the wheel speed sensors. On many models the same module also handles the stability control system, so a fault sometimes shows up as more than just the ABS warning light. The module is usually sold and replaced as a single unit.
Our range changes regularly, and below we give examples from the current range. Among them you will find original numbers containing 614117, 614517 and 907379, as well as ATE (10.02..., 10.09...) and Bosch (0 265 ...) numbers.
Seat Ibiza ABS Pump
For the Ibiza our range includes, among others, the following module:
Modules shared by Seat, Skoda and Volkswagen
Some of the listings describe a module as shared by several brands of the group, for example:
- Seat Skoda Volkswagen ABS pump, number 10020701084,
- Seat Skoda Volkswagen ABS pump, number 10020700554,
- Seat Skoda ABS pump, number 2Q0614517CP,
- Seat Volkswagen ABS pump, number 6R0614517AN.
Seat ABS pump: modules with no model stated
Our range also includes a module with no model stated, Seat ABS pump, number 3Q0614517J. The listings do not always state the model and year, so compatibility depends on the number from the original pump.
How to choose an ABS pump for a Seat by part number
Model and year are not enough, because the same model comes with different versions of the module, depending on the engine, drive and equipment level. In our range you will find several kinds of numbers:
- the original pump number, which in our range contains 614117 or 614517, for example 6R0614117P or 3Q0614517J,
- the original control unit number, containing 907379, for example 1K0907379P or 6R0907379BC,
- the manufacturer's number for the hydraulic block, if one is given in the listing, for example ATE 10.02xx-xxxx.x or Bosch 0 265 2xx xxx.
Compare all the numbers with the original pump in your car and, if in doubt, write to us before buying.
Symptoms of a faulty ABS pump or control unit
- the ABS warning light comes on after the engine is started and does not go out,
- the ABS stops working, although basic braking usually remains functional,
- the brake pedal pulses or feels uneven for no obvious reason,
- the control unit stores valve, pump motor or communication faults,
- brake fluid leaks from the hydraulic block, which requires immediate action.
Before deciding on a replacement, check the wheel speed sensors, their wiring and the supply voltage. After replacing the module, the fault codes usually need to be cleared, and after disconnecting the brake lines the system must be bled. On some models the module also needs adaptation in the control unit, so installation is best left to a workshop with a suitable diagnostic scanner.
Used original ABS module: condition and inspection
We sell used original ABS modules, not new parts. Every item is inspected and tested before sale, and the product photos show the look of the block, the numbers and the labels, so you can compare them with your own pump.

FAQ: Seat ABS Pump
Which Seat models do you have ABS pumps for?
---
This category covers Seat cars, including the Ibiza, as well as modules described in our listings as shared by Seat, Skoda and Volkswagen. The listings do not always state the year, so always confirm compatibility with the number from the original pump.
How can I tell a pump number from a control unit number on a Seat?
In our range the original pump number contains the sequence 614117 or 614517, while the control unit number contains the sequence 907379, for example 6R0614517AN and 6R0907379BC.
Are the model and year of the car enough to choose the right part?
No. The same model comes with different versions of the module. The most reliable reference is the number on the original pump.
Can I send a photo so you can check compatibility?
Yes. Contact Auto24Parts and send a photo of the numbers on the original pump, and we will help you check whether the module will fit.
