The 2880005050 is an electronic control unit for the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system in SsangYong vehicles. Its label reads EGR Control Unit and shows the SsangYong Motor logo and the manufacturer’s name, Huber Automotive AG. It is not an engine ECU: the module controls the operation of the EGR valve. This particular unit was removed from a 2004 SsangYong Korando, according to the dismantler’s sticker on the casing.
