- Engine heads requiring further preparation by a specialist repair workshop that offers specialist repair or regeneration of the head using modern devices. Each Opel user who decides to have the engine head replaced with a recovered one must in this case make sure themselves that further work is done on it to provide the highest quality of the drive unit performance after the head has been mounted. The full efficiency of the engine operation can only be ensured by performing an inspection, valve seat grinding and head planing.

- Engine heads that have already been worked on, and are fully prepared to be mounted in a vehicle. In this case, the head offered by us is prepared for mounting after planing, valve grinding and a pressure test.
- The purpose of head planing is to smooth out the porous surface in order to provide ideal sealing between the cylinder head and the engine block.
- Valve and valve seat grinding ensures the best quality of engine performance.
- Checking the tightness of the cylinder head with a pressure test enables detection of microscopic cracks that jeopardise the whole engine.
- Replacement of the gasket and inspection of other elements of the head that affect the engine performance.
