Engine ECU vs Scania ELC suspension controller

An engine ECU should not be confused with an ELC suspension controller.

ELC modules are associated with electronic level control and vehicle suspension functions. They are not engine-management ECUs, even if the module is installed in a Scania vehicle.

When searching for a Scania engine controller, verify that the original module is actually part of the engine-management system.
